Steps to Implement Our Programs
Schedule a meeting with your team, and the CAPABLE coordinator (virtual or in-person) will help you choose a suitable implementation model to benefit the teachers and their students.
School model
Implemented by teachers or school professionals.
- Purchase any one of our programs from CAPABLE
- Receipt of kits and materials by the school.
- One and a half-day training session (in-person or virtual).
- Running of the programs in classrooms (24 sessions of 45 minutes for Zippy and Apple and 17 sessions of 55 minutes for Passport) throughout the school year.
- Assessment of benefits by children, teachers, school professionals, and parents.
Implementation lead
Implementation by a school board or a local nonprofit organization (NPO).
- Initiate the process of purchasing the programs.
- Receive kits and materials.
- Attend the Train the Trainer workshop, a one-and-a-half-day training (in-person or virtual) for co-facilitators who will support the teachers in implementing the program.
- Co-facilitate the program with the coordinator (part of the train the trainer program), training teachers or school professionals.
- Assess the positive benefits experienced by children, teachers, school professionals, and parents, instilling a sense of optimism and hope.
- Expand the programs to additional schools.

Zippy's Friends to Apple's Friends
6 to 8 years old
Zippy's Friends is a highly-regarded, school-based social-emotional learning program designed to enhance the social and coping skills of children aged 6 to 7. Building on this success, Apple's Friends, both a continuation of Zippy's Friends and an independent program, empowers children aged 8 to 9 to further develop their social and coping abilities.
Passport: Skills for life
9 to 11 years old
With captivating activities, the Passport: Skills for Life program boosts children's coping strategies and elevates their social skills. By immersing them in entertaining scenarios, it empowers them to tackle new or challenging situations confidently in their daily lives.
